What does it mean to be Civilized

Civilized is to be civil with the Civilization that you are in.That basically means to respect the country. When you respect someones country the way that you are supposed to then that means that you are civilized, but the only way that you can make sure is to learn about their cultures background so that you would know what they mean about civilized. Some people culture is way different from the one that you are living in and you might do or say something that might offend them in a way that you didn't expect .Therefore to be civilized is to the way that some people carrying themselves and the way that people live in their culture.
